Pulsz Settlement Payout Date: Nothing Is Paid Before Final Approval
Settlement — Claims Process
As of October 19, 2026, there is no Pulsz settlement payout date. The settlement is preliminarily approved, not final. The final approval hearing is on December 31, 2026. If you elected cash, the payment is due within 60 days after the settlement becomes final and any appeals are over. If you did nothing, you get Gold Coins, not money, on a schedule the documents describe two different ways. For the per-person math and who is in the class, see our main page on Pulsz settlement amounts.

The Short Answer on the Pulsz Settlement Payout
This page covers only the payout: when, how much, and in what form. For the case itself, eligibility and the 27% vs 23% math, see Pulsz settlement amounts per person.
No payment date exists yet. The Pulsz settlement payout is tied to a legal event, not a calendar date. The official FAQ says cash comes “within 60 days after the Settlement has been finally approved and/or after any appeals process is complete.” The final approval hearing is December 31, 2026.
So the earliest cash cannot arrive in 2026. If the judge approves on December 31 and nobody appeals, the clock starts when the time to appeal runs out. If someone appeals, it waits for the appeal to end.
Case details
The settlement is Robinson v. Yellow Social Interactive, LTD., Case No. 33-CV-2025-900072.00, in the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Alabama, before Judge Brian P. Hamilton. It is a state court case, so there is no federal docket. The court entered its order preliminarily approving the settlement on August 31, 2026. The Settlement Agreement is dated December 23, 2025.
The payout timing comes from Section 2.1 of the agreement: “Within 60 days after the Effective Date, or such other date as the Court may set, the Settlement Administrator shall pay from the Settlement Fund all Approved Elections by check or electronic payment.” The “Effective Date” is the later of the day the appeal window closes or the day any appeal is resolved. The court-appointed administrator is EisnerAmper. The official site is ysisettlement.com.
Status: Preliminarily Approved, Not Paying
The steps left before money moves:
1. November 16, 2026: class counsel files and posts its fee request.
2. November 30, 2026: last day to elect cash, opt out or object.
3. December 31, 2026, 10:00 a.m.: fairness hearing in Russellville, Alabama.
4. The appeal window runs out, or any appeal ends.
5. Up to 60 days later: cash payments to approved elections.
If the court denies approval, no benefits go out at all and the case continues.
Who Gets Cash and Who Gets Coins
There are two payout tracks, and they run on different timetables.
Cash track. Only for class members who file a valid Election Form by November 30, 2026. You choose check or electronic payment on the form. You must also pass YSI's user verification, the same check used for prize redemptions. Fail it and you get Gold Coins instead of cash.
Gold Coin track. Everyone who stays in and does not elect cash. Nothing to file. The coins are credited to your Pulsz or Pulszbingo account. The agreement says Gold Coins are “non-redeemable, non-transferrable and carry no cash value.”
Whether you are in the class at all depends on your state and dates. Those rules are on our Pulsz settlement amounts page.
How Much the Pulsz Settlement Pays Per Person
• Gold Coins: 27%, at 10,000 Gold Coins per dollar. The agreement's own example: $50 becomes 500,000 Gold Coins.
• Cash: 23%, only if you elected it.
Both come after administration expenses, attorneys' fees and incentive awards. Class counsel says it will ask for no more than 30% of the settlement amount; the court may award less. All cash elections share a cap of 25% of the estimated total benefit. If elections exceed it, cash is cut pro rata and the rest is paid in Gold Coins. The agreement puts the estimated total benefit at about $14 million, but most of that is meant to be paid in coins, not money.
Cash is treated as a refund of past purchases. The agreement says no Form W-9 is required.

Class counsel must file and post its request for attorneys' fees. Fees come out of the settlement before your share is figured.
November 30, 2026 — Election, Opt-Out and Objection Deadline
Last day to elect cash instead of Gold Coins, to exclude yourself, or to object. Miss it and you are on the Gold Coin track.
December 31, 2026 — Final Approval Hearing
The court decides whether to approve the settlement, the fees and the incentive awards. No payment is due before this.
After the Settlement Becomes Final — 60-Day Payment Window
Once the appeal window closes or any appeal ends, the administrator has 60 days to pay approved cash elections. Checks expire 90 days after issue.
Three Things to Watch For
Payout-date questions are exactly where Pulsz players get targeted, because the real process runs by email:
Election links that ask for your Pulsz password
The real Election Form asks for your name, Player ID, contact details and the verification information Pulsz uses for prize redemptions. It is reached from ysisettlement.com. A page asking for your account password or card number is not the administrator.
“Pay a fee to release your payout”
Fees are taken out of the settlement itself, and the agreement says no Form W-9 is required. Anyone asking you to pay, or for your Social Security number by phone, to speed up or unlock a payment is not part of this settlement.
“Payments are going out now” posts
As of October 19, 2026, nothing is payable: the fairness hearing is December 31, 2026, and cash follows only after the settlement is final. A post or message claiming early payouts, or a fixed amount per person, is guessing or fishing.
Pulsz Settlement Payout — Questions People Actually Ask
Short answers to the questions people ask most about this case.
What is the Pulsz settlement payout date?
There isn't one yet. As of October 19, 2026, the settlement has only preliminary approval. Cash payments are due within 60 days after the settlement becomes final and any appeals are complete. The final approval hearing is December 31, 2026, so no Pulsz settlement payout can arrive in 2026.
When should I expect a settlement payment?
For this settlement, count from the court, not the calendar. First the judge must grant final approval at the December 31, 2026 hearing. Then the time to appeal must run out, or any appeal must end. After that, the administrator has up to 60 days to pay. An appeal can add months.
How much is the Pulsz settlement payout per person?
It depends on your own net spending. Gold Coins equal 27% of it, at 10,000 coins per dollar; cash equals 23% if you elected it. Both are reduced by fees and costs, and cash is subject to a shared cap. Our Pulsz settlement amounts page walks through the math.
When will my Gold Coins show up?
No start date has been published. The two official documents also disagree. The settlement website FAQ says coins come in installments over two or five years, depending on how much you are owed. The signed agreement lets YSI spread delivery over up to 12 months, with at least 20% in the first 30 days. Ask the administrator which applies to you.
Will I get a check or an electronic payment?
You choose on the Election Form. If you pick a check, cash it promptly: under the agreement, checks become void unless cashed within 90 calendar days after they are issued.
I elected cash. Why might I still get Gold Coins?
Two reasons. First, cash requires passing YSI's user verification; class members who fail it get the Gold Coin benefit instead. Second, all cash elections share a cap of 25% of the estimated total benefit. If elections exceed the cap, cash is reduced and the difference is paid in Gold Coins.
I got an email about the Pulsz settlement. Is it real?
The court ordered the administrator, EisnerAmper, to email notice to class members and to send a reminder 30 days before the election deadline. A real email sends you to ysisettlement.com. To check, contact the administrator directly at 1-833-656-1878 or info@YSISettlement.com. The court asks people not to phone the clerk's office.
What settlements are paying out right now?
Not this one: the Pulsz settlement is not paying as of October 19, 2026. For settlements that are taking claims or paying, see our list of open class action settlements.
