Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settlement Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, calculators, or any attorney referral. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

Indemnification
