Who the $8.25M Settlement Covered
People who paid out of pocket (copay, coinsurance or deductible) for a Panorama or Vasistera prenatal screening test in the U.S. Class periods vary by state - starting as early as February 17, 2016 (Ohio) and generally February 17, 2018 elsewhere - all ending August 7, 2025. Fully insurance-covered tests were excluded. The window to file closed on July 24, 2026 - late claims are not accepted.
