What Is Actually on File
Most searches for an honorhealth mychart lawsuit come from the national wave of hospital pixel cases. In those, patients allege that a health system’s website or MyChart portal sent page activity to Meta or Google. We found no such case against HonorHealth. The Markup’s June 16, 2022 study found the Meta Pixel on 33 of Newsweek’s top 100 hospitals and inside the patient portals of seven health systems; its article does not name HonorHealth.
What we did find is an honorhealth data breach story that runs through vendors. HealthEC, a population-health analytics company, was accessed between July 14 and July 23, 2023, and HonorHealth is on the published list of affected HealthEC clients. Xsolis, a utilization-management software company, was hit by phishing between January 20 and January 22, 2026, and the Xsolis lawsuits describe HonorHealth patients among those affected. In both cases the vendor, not HonorHealth, is the one being sued.
Case Details
HealthEC: In re HealthEC LLC Data Breach Litigation, No. 2:24-cv-00026 (SDA), U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Judge Stacey D. Adams. The defendants were HealthEC, Community Health Care Systems, Corewell Health, MD Valuecare and Beaumont ACO. HonorHealth was not a defendant.
Xsolis: In re Xsolis, Inc. Data Breach Litigation, consolidated on July 15, 2026 under Martinez v. XSolis, Inc., No. 3:26-cv-00791, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Judge Eli J. Richardson. The consolidated complaint, filed September 14, 2026, names Xsolis alone. Details are on our Xsolis data breach lawsuit page.
Status: No HonorHealth Case, No Claim Form
HealthEC is settled, but not for HonorHealth patients. The court’s class covers about 1.67 million patients of Community Health, Corewell, MD Valuecare and Beaumont. It received final approval on January 20, 2026, and its claim deadline was November 18, 2025.
Xsolis is active, with no settlement. As of September 30, 2026 there was no fund, no claim form and no deadline. The next scheduled step is a case-management conference on December 14, 2026.
Could You Be Affected?
For tracking: nobody is a class member of a case that does not exist. If you used honorhealth.com or HonorHealth MyChart to search symptoms, book visits, message a doctor or pay a bill, note what you did and roughly when you last did it. Our form on this page asks exactly that: website or MyChart, what you did there, and when you last used it.
For the vendor breaches: your letter is the test. A HealthEC letter came from December 22, 2023; an Xsolis letter from June 5, 2026. Being an HonorHealth patient is not proof either way. Keep the letter and the envelope.
If you also used Banner Health, Arizona’s other large system, that is a separate case: see the Banner Health settlement.
What HonorHealth Patients Can Actually Get
HealthEC: the $5,482,500 fund paid its own class; HonorHealth patients were outside it. Xsolis: nothing payable; the only offer is the 12 months of Kroll monitoring in the letter. For typical breach payouts, see the data breach settlement calculator.

Three Things to Watch For
Two real vendor breaches plus a national pixel wave give imposters plenty to borrow from:
“Claim your HonorHealth MyChart settlement”
There is no HonorHealth settlement and no claim form. A site asking for your MyChart login or Social Security number to “secure your share” is collecting data, not filing anything.
“You are owed money from HealthEC”
The HealthEC settlement covered patients of four other providers, and its claim deadline was November 18, 2025. A late message telling an HonorHealth patient to pay a fee to release a HealthEC payment is not from the administrator.
Fake MyChart security messages
Breach news makes “verify your MyChart account” texts believable. Sign in only by typing MyChart.HonorHealth.com yourself or through the official app, and call 623-580-5800 if unsure.
HonorHealth Lawsuit — Questions People Actually Ask
Is there an HonorHealth lawsuit over MyChart or website tracking?
Not that we could find as of October 6, 2026. We found no HonorHealth lawsuit, settlement or claim form over Meta Pixel or Google tracking on honorhealth.com or HonorHealth MyChart. If one is filed, this page will say so with the case number.
What is HonorHealth’s patient portal called?
MyChart. HonorHealth runs MyChart at MyChart.HonorHealth.com and through the MyChart app, where patients review results, message providers, request refills and pay bills.
Was there an HonorHealth data breach?
Not one at HonorHealth itself that we found. HonorHealth patient data was involved through vendors: HonorHealth is on the list of HealthEC clients hit in July 2023, and the Xsolis lawsuits describe HonorHealth patients among those affected by the January 2026 phishing attack.
Can I claim from the HealthEC settlement as an HonorHealth patient?
No. The court defined the class as about 1.67 million patients of Community Health, Corewell, MD Valuecare and Beaumont. HonorHealth patients are not in that definition, and the claim deadline was November 18, 2025 anyway.
What about the Xsolis lawsuit?
It is active in federal court in Nashville, No. 3:26-cv-00791, against Xsolis alone. As of September 30, 2026 there was no settlement, no fund and no claim form. If you got an Xsolis letter, you are in the proposed class without signing up.
How did other hospital MyChart cases turn out?
Several settled. Wellstar agreed to $4,250,000 for about 870,000 people, with an opt-out deadline of October 26, 2026; Duke settled for $3,743,600. Those are different hospitals’ cases and say nothing about HonorHealth.
Is the MyChart company being sued?
No. MyChart is Epic’s software, and there is no single MyChart claim form. Each pixel lawsuit names the hospital system that ran the portal, so it all depends on whether HonorHealth itself is sued.
What is worth doing right now?
Keep any HealthEC or Xsolis letter. Freeze your credit if a letter listed your Social Security number. Read insurer statements for care you never received. If you used HonorHealth MyChart or the website, write down what you did and when.
Separate from this case: were you injured in the last 2 years?
Class-action payouts are fixed amounts through an administrator. A personal injury claim is a different case — and often worth far more. Free estimate, no obligation.
