AdventHealth MyChart Lawsuit: No Tracking Case, but an Oracle Health Breach

As of October 6, 2026, we found no AdventHealth lawsuit over Meta Pixel, Google or other tracking on its website or its MyChart patient portal — and so no settlement and no claim form. What does exist: AdventHealth patient records were caught up in the 2025 Oracle Health (Cerner) hack, which is being fought out in a consolidated federal case in Missouri. And the $500,000 “Advent Health” settlement you may see online belongs to a different company.

What We Checked, and What We Found
Many hospital systems have been sued over tracking code on their websites and MyChart portals. Those lawsuits allege that tools like the Meta Pixel sent page visits, searches and appointment clicks to Facebook or Google. We searched for an AdventHealth MyChart lawsuit of that kind and found none, as of October 6, 2026. One check, a federal docket search, was rate-limited and could not be completed, so treat this as “none found,” not “none exists.”
AdventHealth’s portal is MyChart, at mychart.adventhealth.com, and the AdventHealth app now opens to MyChart as its home screen. Our form on this page asks whether you used the website or MyChart, what you did there and when you last did it. Those three answers are exactly what a tracking case would turn on if one is ever filed.
The AdventHealth data breach that is documented is different. Oracle Health says stolen credentials were used to reach legacy Cerner servers on or around January 22, 2025. AdventHealth is on the list of affected providers.
Case Details
There is no court case over AdventHealth tracking that we could find. The breach litigation is Blount v. Oracle Health, Inc., No. 4:25-cv-00259 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, before Judge Beth Phillips. It was filed on April 11, 2025 and has become the lead case for 29 lawsuits from at least 13 states. Judge Phillips let the negligence claim against Oracle go forward. As reported on July 22, 2026, she also ruled that eight named health systems must face the case rather than blame their vendor. We could not confirm whether AdventHealth is one of those eight. See our Oracle Health data breach lawsuit page for the case itself.
Separately: J. Paul McHenry v. Advent Health Partners, Inc., No. 3:22-cv-00287 (M.D. Tenn.), was against Advent Health Partners of Nashville, not the Florida hospital system.
Status: Reference Only — No AdventHealth Settlement
For the Oracle Health breach, the consolidated case in Missouri is past the motion-to-dismiss stage on its core claims, but there is no settlement, no fund and no claim form. Any AdventHealth patient in that class would be reached through that case, not through an AdventHealth-only process.
The Advent Health Partners settlement closed long ago: claims had to be filed by April 20, 2023.
Are You Affected?
Tracking: no case means no class to be part of. If you used the AdventHealth website or MyChart to search for a doctor, book a visit or read results, that fact alone does not make you a class member of anything today. Note when you last did it; tracking cases elsewhere have defined their classes by date ranges.
Oracle Health breach: the practical test is a letter. AdventHealth began notifying patients after Oracle sent it a list of affected people on October 31, 2025, according to Becker’s Hospital Review. Keep the letter and envelope. They say what was in your record, and they are your proof.
Daytona Beach lab orders: AdventHealth Daytona Beach notified 821 people whose paper lab orders were thrown away. It covers outpatient services from September 1 to September 14, 2025. We found no lawsuit over it.
Is There Money?
For comparison only, here is how hospital MyChart tracking cases have ended elsewhere. Southern Illinois Healthcare settled a MyChart pixel case covering roughly 79,215 people for a $17.50 cash payment per claim, with a claim deadline of June 15, 2026. Wellstar’s MyChart pixel settlement takes claims until November 10, 2026 (our report). Our MyChart claim-form list tracks which cases are open, and the MyChart settlement calculator shows typical ranges.
For breaches, the closest guide is the old Advent Health Partners deal: up to $750 for ordinary losses, up to $5,000 for documented extraordinary losses, plus credit monitoring. Try the data breach settlement calculator.

Three Things to Watch For
An AdventHealth lawsuit that people search for but cannot find is a gap that ads and imposters fill:
“AdventHealth MyChart settlement” claim pages
There is no AdventHealth tracking settlement, so there is no claim portal. A page that collects your MyChart login, date of birth or Social Security number to “check eligibility” is gathering data, not filing a claim.
The Advent Health Partners mix-up
Search results still show the $500,000 Advent Health Partners settlement. It involved a Nashville company, not AdventHealth, and its claim deadline was April 20, 2023. A message offering you a share of it now is not real.
Fake Oracle breach follow-ups
Real Oracle-breach letters come from your hospital and offer free credit monitoring with an enrollment code. A caller or email asking you to pay for that monitoring, or to read back your full Social Security number, is not from AdventHealth.
AdventHealth Lawsuit — Questions People Actually Ask
Is there an AdventHealth MyChart lawsuit over Meta or Google tracking?
Not that we could find, as of October 6, 2026. We found no complaint, no settlement and no claim form over tracking on AdventHealth’s website or MyChart portal. If one is filed, we will add it here with the court and case number.
What is AdventHealth’s patient portal called?
MyChart. It runs at mychart.adventhealth.com, and the AdventHealth app now opens to MyChart as its home screen.
Was AdventHealth part of the Oracle Health data breach?
Yes. AdventHealth is on the published lists of providers affected by the 2025 Oracle Health (Cerner) hack. The exposed data varied by provider but generally included names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, diagnoses, medications and test results. We could not find a published count of affected AdventHealth patients.
Is there an AdventHealth data breach settlement?
No. The Oracle breach case, Blount v. Oracle Health (No. 4:25-cv-00259, W.D. Mo.), has no settlement. The $500,000 settlement you may see online was with Advent Health Partners, Inc. of Nashville, a different company, and its claim deadline was April 20, 2023.
I got an Oracle breach letter from AdventHealth. Do I have to do anything?
Nothing is required today. No class has been certified and there is no settlement, so there is no claim form to file and no opt-out deadline. Do enroll in the free credit monitoring the letter offers, and keep the letter as proof.
What about the AdventHealth Daytona Beach notice?
AdventHealth Daytona Beach notified 821 people that their outpatient lab orders from September 1 to September 14, 2025 were discarded during construction. The hospital said it found no evidence of misuse. We found no lawsuit over it.
How did MyChart tracking cases at other hospitals turn out?
Some settled. Southern Illinois Healthcare’s MyChart pixel settlement offers $17.50 per valid claim; payments only begin after final approval. Wellstar’s is still open. Others have been narrowed or dismissed. None of those cases involve AdventHealth.
What is worth doing right now?
Keep any AdventHealth or Oracle breach letter. Freeze your credit at all three bureaus. Read insurer statements for care you never received. If you used the website or MyChart, note what you did there and when, in case a tracking case is ever filed.
Separate from this case: were you injured in the last 2 years?
Class-action payouts are fixed amounts through an administrator. A personal injury claim is a different case — and often worth far more. Free estimate, no obligation.
