Complaint Volume on File With the Better Business Bureau
The Better Business Bureau (a secondary source, not a court or regulator) lists JND Legal Administration as B+ rated and BBB Accredited since 20 February 2026, with 9 years in business — and records 159 complaints filed against the business in the preceding three-year period. That volume is not unusual for a company that mails class-action and settlement notices to people who never asked to hear from it, and is not, by itself, evidence of fraud or mishandling. Separately, we found no California Attorney General data-breach filing naming JND as the breached organization.
